So, been farming the gates of kryta mobs for orr emblems in prep for Halloween and I keep walking past this thing:

So just out of curiosity I am wondering if anyone knows exactly what it is.

It's a Mursaat Shrine, used by the white mantel or others to summon. Usually there are three of them in a triangle formation to due so.

Underworld: Repear

Divinity Coast: Eye of Janthir
